With regard to the protection of personal data, VALOMATEX is subject to general obligations concerning this website, as well as to obligations related to its profession.

Your personal data is collected, processed and used exclusively in accordance with the legal provisions. Wherever possible, our processes are designed to take data protection requirements into account.

As part of our customer relations, we process personal data received directly from users and customers via the site.
We store your data which is necessary for the execution of your request for information, or your questions concerning our activities and our products. Only the information required to process your request is requested.
Purpose of processing and legal basis
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions of the European General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD), with the French Data Protection Act and in compliance with the profession’s code of ethics.
Concerning the fulfillment of contractual obligations (art. 6 section 1 b RGPD):
The processing of personal data is carried out within the framework of the company’s activities detailed on the website. In the context of balancing interests (art. 6 paragraph 1 f RGPD):
If necessary, we process your data beyond the actual execution of the consultation of our site, your request for information or your supplier contract, to protect our interests. This includes the control and optimization of our consulting obligations and the traceability of customer inquiries made via the website, the assertion of legal rights and the defense in the event of legal disputes, the guarantee of computer security and the computer operation of VALOMATEX, the prevention and clarification of offences due to an order from a public authority and the business conduct measures proposed by VALOMATEX.
On the basis of your consent (art. 6 section 1 a RGPD):
Insofar as we have your consent to process your personal data for specific purposes, and in compliance with the Code of Ethics, the lawfulness of such processing on the basis of your consent is assured. Consent may be revoked at any time. The revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing carried out up to the revocation.
Due to legal requirements (art. 6 section 1 c RGPD) or in the public interest (art. 6 section 1 e RGPD):
This includes, for example, verification of identity and age, and of the capacity to bind the company making the request for information or entering into the contract. Except as described in detail below, no personal data is processed as a matter of principle when using this website, i.e. no data is stored, modified or passed on to third parties.
Contact form
The information collected on this form may be saved in a file processed by VALOMATEX for the purpose of sending information mailings or, if you authorize us to do so, for commercial purposes. The legal basis for the processing is detailed in the privacy policy statement.
The data collected will be used and archived in accordance with the RGPD. This personal data will not be passed on to third parties, either free of charge or in return for payment.
Data is kept for a maximum of 3 years.
You can access your personal data, rectify it, request its deletion or exercise your right to limit the processing of your data.

Registration deadlines
VALOMATEX processes and stores your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil our contractual and legal obligations. If the data is no longer required to fulfill contractual or legal obligations, it will be deleted.

Any person concerned by the processing of personal data has the right :

However, restrictions (art. 23 RGPD) apply to the right to information and deletion. In addition, there is a right of appeal to a competent data protection supervisory authority (art. 77 RGPD).
Obligation to supply data
As part of your request; simple consultation of the site, canvassing, or request for information made on the site, you must provide us with the personal data that is requested and necessary for the fulfilment of the related obligations or that we are legally obliged to collect. In the absence of this data, we will not be able to respond to your request, or the exercise of your legal rights (e.g. guarantees) will be compromised.
Automated decision-making and personal use of the site
In order to best respond to your request, we do not use fully automated decision-making in accordance with art. 22 RGPD. In addition to the above-mentioned data, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard disk, associated with the browser you use, and by means of which certain information is sent to the authority that sets the cookie. This device is used in particular to analyze website performance via cookies, which help improve our website by providing us with comprehensive statistics on the number of visitors to a page, the areas of a site that are most consulted, and the city or location of users. Data protection information on social plug-ins
Our website does not currently use social plug-ins from social networks (Twitter, Facebook, etc.). Should this change in the future, social plug-ins will only start transferring data once you have activated the buttons yourself.
Information on your right of revocation in accordance with art. 21 of the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD)
You may revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data given to VALOMATEX at any time. Please note that revocation is only effective for the future. Processing carried out prior to revocation remains unaffected.
Right of revocation on a case-by-case basis
You have the right, for reasons relating to your particular situation, to object at any time to the processing of your personal data carried out in accordance with article 6 Section 1 e of the GDPR (data processing in the public interest); this also applies to profiling based on this provision under the terms of Art. 4 n° 4 RGPD. If you object, we will no longer process your personal data, unless we can justify compelling legitimate grounds for such processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or if the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
If we base the processing of your personal data on a balancing of interests, you may object to such processing. If you wish to revoke your consent, please explain why we should no longer process your personal data as we did previously. In the event of a justified revocation, we will review the situation and either terminate the processing of your data, adapt it or explain to you the compelling and legitimate reasons why we must continue to process your data.
Right to revoke data processing for mailing purposes
In special cases, we may process your personal data for mailing purposes. You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of such advertising; this also applies to profiling, insofar as it is linked to such advertising. If personal data is processed for the purpose of making targeted commercial offers or advertisements, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of such personal data for the purpose of such advertising; this also applies to profiling, insofar as it is linked to such mailing.
